Mike Dubnoff has been a Bay Area wedding photographer since 1979. His work has been published in local newspapers, commercial brochures and national magazines. With over 500 weddings to his credit, Mike has the experience to help make your wedding day go as smoothly as possible. His easy-going style will help you and your guests feel comfortable in front of the camera.

Team Approach

To make your special day even easier, Mike is assisted at weddings by Erin Barry. Erin has been working with Mike for over 3 years and has shot over 40 weddings with him. She focuses on shooting candid photographs throughout the wedding and reception. Erin also makes sure that you receive photos of your guests by taking informal table shots throughout the wedding reception.

Style

All weddings are covered using a combination of photojournalism and traditional wedding photography. During the pre-wedding consultation we ask the couple to give us their vision of how they want their wedding photographed. We feel that it's ultimately up to the customer to determine how they want their final wedding album to look. Many of our brides and grooms leave this up to us, but we pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating. We do not take the rapid fire approach to photography that seems to be in vogue now. You wont receive 2,000 poorly composed snapshot previews from us. You WILL receive 500 plus great images, any of which could be used in your final album.  Proper lighting and composition will be present in each of your final images.

Equipment

We use professional camera equipment, arriving at each wedding with a Hasselblad medium format camera, a Nikon Pro Digital Camera (D200) and 2 Nikon backup bodies.  We bring a full set of back-up equipment including flashes, lens, batteries, etc.
