This stunning dress was highlighted by placing the bride in the window with the light streaming in. In this particular case, we decided that it was a good idea to allow the outside background to blow out from a lighting standpoint. This places more emphasis on the dress and the bride herself. We have noted in the past that one of the best ways to showcase this type of form fitting mermaid dress is to photograph it straight on from the back. We used no light on this photo (I tried it at first but didn't like the image) and the results speak for themselves. One of our favorite back of the dress images!
